Our next Annual Event & BBQ will be held on:

Saturday 5th July 2025

from 09:30 to 15:00

at The Fairmile PH, Portsmouth Road, Cobham, Surrey KT11 1BW.

Join us for a relaxed gathering, exclusive to club members and a few invited guests from other clubs. With up to 150 cars expected, members are welcome to bring friends and family, to share the experience. The event is not open to the public. 

Entry to this year's event is free, however we will be collecting for Macmillan Cancer Support and we invite our members, guests and visitors to make a cash donation at the gate or at our HQ gazebo. Alternatively, you can donate via our Just Giving page (the full donation goes direct to Macmillan).

Drinks and BBQ will be provided by The Fairmile. We’ll be entertained by DJ Shakin’ Shep and the Surrey Jive dance troupe and we’ll have a handful of trades stands as well as our HQ gazebo for club merchandise.
