Cruise and  Barbeque at The Deers Hut, Longmoor Rd, Griggs Green, Liphook. GU30 7PD.

The barbeque menu is offered to us at a discounted rate of £22.00 per person (plus 10% service charge) = £24.20.

You can select any or all of the food items from the menu below. We will order the full BBQ for you. 

By booking a place at this event you are undertaking to select a meal from the menu

offered by The Deers Hut. (You cannot bring your own food). 

In a change from previous visits, we’ll need to take full payment of £24.20 (inc. service) per person in advance into the club account. If you prefer, you can pay a £5.00 per‑person deposit when you book, with the remaining balance due by Friday 14th August.

If you cancel on or before 14th August, we will refund your deposit or your full payment (if already made). Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds after 14th August, as our final numbers will have been confirmed with the venue.

We will meet at the BP Services (Southbound) on the A3 just south of the M25 J10/A3 at 11:00 to leave there at 11.15. We’ll cruise down the A3, exiting at the Griggs Green turn off to Longmoor Road and The Deers Hut to arrive at around 12:00. We will park up on the grass area in the garden. The large marquee will be set aside for us.   This event is very popular with our members and we have just 70 places, so please book as soon as possible to secure your place.
